DELIGHTFUL COOKING COMMUNITY LAUNCH WITH CHEF BOY LOGRO & BAGUIO OIL

I am so blessed and honored where this week it's been such a fruitful week as I've been invited to attend the official cooking demonstration launch of DELIGHTFUL COOKING COMMUNITY which been launched by Philippine's leading cooking oil, BAGUIO OIL also in partnership with BERGHOFF KITCHEN. 

The launching was took place recently in THE FUNDAMENTAL KITCHEN office in Makati.



Hosted by the country's famous chef, CHEF BOY LOGRO which also the main brand ambassador for the following cooking oil brand, this event somehow turns as it stated in their name.... DELIGHTFUL (And MOMENTFUL for me).



The purpose of this community were established is to spread a message that irregardless who we are whether we are inexperienced when comes to cooking or simply just a food lover but doesn't know how to begin your cooking journey, 

Also with this group were launched, it's also act as a platform where we may able to share ideas and also we managed to learn a useful tricks of cooking which also to brings out the message that we does not need a perfect cooking utensils or skills to step in to kitchen and made a good food. 

All we need is just the ingredient and spices as well as our "PING PING PING" cooking personality to create a wonderful dish

During the launching of the events, I was honored as well a little excited where I was able to meet the country's most famous publishing media team, COOK Magazine as well as Philippine most trusted brand of electrical supply and kitchen appliances representative, FUJIDENZOWHIRPOOL, the famous travel and food blogger WAZZUP PILIPINAS and also the country famous celebrity chef, CHEF SHEILLA which also all of them has invited during the launching of this community

And speaking about this DELIGHTFUL COOKING COMMUNITY, a little details about this is that it's a monthly programme where Chef Boy Logro will demonstrate and share his tips on preparing the filipino recipes from freshest ingredients into a scrumptious and exquisite dish via LIVE STREAMING in FACEBOOK

And for them officially launching of this cooking demonstration, Chef Boy Logro had cooked one of his recipe of the month :  PININYAHANG MANOK

During the whole demonstration took place, I was able to learn a lot of new thing in the event as chef was sharing all the useful tips to all of us with open hearted and also at the same time all of us were having fun where besides tips sharing, chef never fails to entertain us with some jokes and funny moment in order to create a delightful and stress free cooking experience. Which in other words goodbye silent robotic cooking demonstration and hello hello hello to the happening and delightful cooking demonstration

And with all the tips and cooking-tainment has been added during whole demonstration took place, the following PININYAHANG MANOK has successfully created.





And for me what I'd love about this demonstration is that with a simple ingredient I've managed to have a clear idea to cook these dish as well. And when comes to testing time, I am honored as Chef Boy Logro had invited me and the representative of Wazzup Pilipinas and Whirpool to taste the following dish 

And all I can really say that this dish has been cooked perfectly with a kick of full flavors and most importantly is that with the combination of the basic ingredient that may get easily in supermarkets or even market, this dish has turned up as the most exquisite filipino dish that I've tasted ever and surely I will learn to cook this dish and to share those to my family and friends

Also, although there is pineapple juice has been added into this dish, somehow the pineapple taste was not overpowered the whole dish as it was mixed perfectly with the coconut milk as it was creamy all the way and also at the same time the chicken was cooked perfectly as the meat was not overcooked. Plus, the carrots, bell peppers and pineapple chunks also was cooked tenderly to its perfection 

Before the events end officially, Fujidenzo had generously kind where they had given away two toaster oven to two lucky attendees as part of the lucky draw prizes on that day .


Overall, I do like about this launching of this cooking demonstration as for me I may able to learn to cook new filipino dishes and also at the same time it is a perfect beginning platform not just for me but also to all the foreigner and expats that stays in Philippines that wish to get closer and learn more about filipino dishes, this will be the perfect place to get all your filipina cooking inspiration.
